1 Acceptance of Terms
By using the AiSList Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
2 Description of Service
The AiSList Review Bot allows users to:
- Submit YouTube channels suspected of using AI-generated content
- Review and approve/reject channel submissions (maintainers only)
- Receive notifications about submission status
3 User Responsibilities
By using the Bot, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting channels
- Only submit channels you genuinely believe use AI-generated content
- Not abuse, spam, or misuse the submission system
- Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the Bot
- Respect rate limits and usage restrictions
4 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Submit false or malicious reports
- Harass or target specific content creators without valid evidence
- Use the Bot for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Bot
- Circumvent any security measures or rate limits
5 Submission Guidelines
When submitting a channel:
- Provide a valid YouTube channel handle
- Include evidence (video URL) demonstrating AI-generated content
- Ensure submissions meet the AiSList criteria for AI content
Submissions that do not meet these guidelines may be rejected without notice.
6 Moderation and Decisions
- All submissions are reviewed by volunteer maintainers
- Maintainer decisions regarding approvals or rejections are final
- We reserve the right to reject any submission without explanation
- Repeated low-quality submissions may result in rate limiting
7 Data Collection
The Bot collects Discord user ID, username, submitted channel information, and submission timestamps. This data is used for processing submissions, generating statistics, and preventing abuse.

8 No Warranty
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability
- That all submissions will be processed
- Specific response times for reviews
9 Limitation of Liability
The AiSList team and contributors are not liable for:
- Any damages arising from use of the Bot
- Incorrect additions or removals from the blocklist
- Actions taken by YouTube or channel owners
- Any disputes between users and content creators
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Restrict or terminate access to the Bot at any time
- Remove users who violate these Terms
- Discontinue the Bot service without notice
